Firstly, from the Nicol of Skene Team we like to wish everyone a Happy New Year!

As we get stuck into the 2025, we’ve been reflecting on our busy festive period, from lucky square winners to festive dogs, our annual company presentation day, our Nicol of Skene Employee Awards, and celebrating a 30 years Length of Service, we all had a blast.

Take a look through some of our festive highlights below.

To get into the festive spirit we hosted a pre-Christmas lucky squares raffle, in which we raised a spectacular £750 for local charities The Archie Foundation and Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance – SCAA. A bottle of Glenmorangie Signet Single Malt Whisky was presented by John ‘The Milky’ to our winner, Kay Harrold. Congratulations Kay!

To kick the year off on a high we’ve got another lucky square raffle with a £150 Amazon voucher up for grabs, check out the details on our Facebook Page.

We all enjoyed another successful annual company presentation day on Friday 20th December, where we all got together to reflect on another successful year, looked ahead to 2025 and focused in on Health and Safety. After the formalities we were delighted to treat everyone to a special Christmas dinner and drinks.

We would like to say a huge thank you to all our clients and suppliers for the opportunities and support throughout the year. Also, a special thank you for all the Christmas gifts we received in the build-up to the festive season. These were all shared and distributed with our team at our Annual Company Presentation Day, and we are sure these are all enjoyed over the festive break.

At Nicol of Skene, we value our workforce, and we recognise those who have gone above and beyond. We tasked the dynamic duo Milky and Dunc to take to the stage to present our Employee Awards. Check out our list of the 2024 winners.
