We are delighted to announce that Nicol of Skene has become a DYW Young Person's Guarantee Pledge Partner. This means we are committed to working with Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) to create opportunities for young people.
As a Pledge Partner, we will:
Nicol is already active in supporting young people in our community. We have 12 employees undertaking apprenticeships in various trades, including plant and vehicle maintenance, general site operations, and quantity surveying. We also offer internships and work experience opportunities throughout the company, and we attend careers events at local schools.

We are looking to further expand our apprenticeship opportunities in the future, with a particular focus on plant operator and HGV apprenticeships.
